| Sesha Naga | Sesha Naga is the gigantic, divine serpent upon whom Lord Vishnu, the Supreme God rests in Vaikunta. The holy serpent plays an important role as the servant and faithful ally of Vishnu in the mythology, folklore and religious tales of Hinduism. It is even considered by many Hindus that the Naga joins the Lord in a divine incarnation to fulfill a holy purpose, coming as Lakshmana, the brother of Lord Rama, and Balarama, brother of Lord Krishna, to aid the Lord in his purpose.
